About The Position
As a Branch Manager, you’ll maintain a hard-working, productive and effective workforce that maximizes financial goals, reduces costs, and elevates customer relations and satisfaction.
Requirements
- Loan industry management experience preferred, or 2-3 years prior management experience from other customer service related industries
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle and valid proof of insurance
- Ability to work Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm; Fridays 8:30-6pm and occasional Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm, additional hours may be required (No Sundays)
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and procedures
- Monitor and assist in the training and development of Loan Specialists (LS)
- Evaluate financial statements and drive profitability
- Approve, reject or coordinate all loan applications
- Assist LS with loan processing and collections calls
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
- Tax preparation (may vary by location)
- Plan and Develop branch growth by networking with the local community and other businesses
- Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully
