The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring the branch meets organizational, financial, operational, service, and growth plans. This role involves directing, developing, motivating, hiring, and disciplining branch personnel, administering performance evaluations, and recommending personnel actions. The Branch Manager will provide members with Triangle's model of Service Strategy by leading by example, coaching, and ensuring employee execution. They will monitor branch operating results relative to objectives and take corrective actions as needed. This position requires maintaining communication with the Senior Vice President of Member Services, preparing reports, and attending management meetings. The Branch Manager will represent the branch in its relationships with members, sponsor organizations, suppliers, other financial institutions, and similar groups. Additionally, they will control past-due and charged-off accounts for the branch, establish branch goals aligned with company goals, and compile/evaluate performance relative to goals. The Branch Manager is accountable for all branch operations and sales goals, assists in branch development within the community, and provides support and recommendations for systems and policy applications. They will monitor all branch activities to ensure compliance with credit union policies and procedures and ensure adherence to Triangle's Service and Sales Strategies programs through modeling, coaching, and accountability. Other related duties as assigned.
