About The Position

Lafayette Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to join their dynamic team. This role involves managing a full-service branch office, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and overseeing daily operations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for coaching and developing branch staff. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of progressive experience leading and managing a team in a full-service branch, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to handle inquiries professionally. Requirements

• Three to five years of progressive experience leading and managing a team of people in a full-service branch.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve internal and external inquiries in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Residing in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia.

• Exhibiting a wide degree of creativity and latitude with conducting regular business development and generating new business to meet established sales goals.
