This position offers a good-faith annual salary range of $57,784–$63,418 in accordance with Colorado pay transparency laws. Position Summary: As the Branch Operations Manager, you will have the opportunity to manage and oversee all areas of the branch’s day-to-day operations and staff. You will use your knowledge and skills ensure efficient branch operations through understanding of monthly reporting, including performance reports and audit results. Major responsibilities will include: Scheduling and supervising branch employees, including evaluating performance and providing consistent and constructive feedback. Overseeing or conducting training for new employees, as well ensuring that all front-line employees are knowledgeable of the Bank’s products and services, and policies and procedures. Analyzing branch deposit reports monthly, understanding branch P&Ls, and reviewing audit results and performance reports for a full understanding of the efficiency of branch operations and overall performance. Fostering a positive environment and be committed to the success of the branch and its employees.
