Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of related management experience.
Experience leading, coaching, and mentoring employees to improve results.
Experience building community relationships and/or partnerships with local businesses or organizations.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.
Coach team members, resolve member concerns, manage conflict, and lead through change.
Apply an advanced understanding of credit union operations, financial products, services, delivery systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
Recognize member relationship opportunities and guide conversations that support members’ financial goals.
Interpret financial statements, analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions in a goal-oriented branch environment.
Use Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate level or higher, stay organized, manage multiple priorities, and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008 required.
Notary appointment required within 3 months of hire.

Nice To Haves

Retail banking service, sales, and lending management experience.
A track record of proactive business development, outbound calling, and growing member relationships.
Experience creating branch business plans, managing controllable expenses, and supporting onboarding or development across more than one location.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop branch team members so they can meet service, sales, referral, and operational expectations.
Drive branch performance by creating and executing plans for member service, loan and deposit growth, outbound calling, business development, and budget management.
Support excellent member experiences by resolving escalations, strengthening relationships, and ensuring branch practices align with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with internal partners, build connections with local businesses and community organizations, improve how the branch operates, and contribute to the overall success of Truliant’s member-focused culture.
