About The Position

At Cascade Fence & Deck, we build high-end decks, fences, and outdoor spaces. We've been around since 1997 and believe that 'work doesn't have to suck!'. We have a second location with approximately 10 employees and are growing steadily. We are seeking an individual who wants to run a branch and own the results, not just a manager. The role begins as an Ops Manager, focusing on working with crews, PMs, and the shop/yard to keep jobs moving, fix problems quickly, ensure quality, and deliver an amazing customer experience. This phase involves field, office, and phone work. Upon proving capabilities, the role can advance to Branch Manager, where the individual will own profit numbers, hiring, firing, and building the team, playing a vital role in growing and scaling the branch. This opportunity is for those who demonstrate results and are ready for more responsibility.
