The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance and daily operations of the branch, including sales growth, customer service, staff development, and operational excellence. This role will also focus on building strong relationships with local businesses, developing new business opportunities, and supporting customers with banking and lending solutions.

Requirements

  • Bilingual Spanish speaking required
  • 3+ years of banking, sales, and management experience OR equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor�s degree preferred
  • Business development experience preferred
  • Notary Public certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop branch employees
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching meetings
  • Support employee performance, engagement, and retention
  • Foster a positive and customer-focused team environment
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and customers
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow branch deposits
  • Manage an active pipeline of prospective clients
  • Participate in community and networking events
  • Oversee branch operations, compliance, and operational soundness
  • Maintain knowledge of deposit products, consumer banking, and commercial lending solutions
  • Partner with Business Banking, Commercial Lending, and Wealth Management teams
