About The Position

As a Branch Manager in PNC’s Retail Banking organization, the role is based in Destin, Crestview, or Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Candidates must be able to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state. PNC does not provide employment visa sponsorship or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

Typically requires 3 or more years of related experience.
Must be able to serve as a Notary Public in the applicable state.
Candidates are subject to additional background checks required by Consumer Financial Protection Bureau regulations.
Demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role.
A university or college degree is typically not required; comparable combinations of education, job-specific certifications, and experience, including military service, may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of branch performance.
Drive revenue and customer loyalty through consultative customer interactions and solutions that support customers’ financial well-being.
Create a differentiated customer experience and make banking easy in an omnichannel environment.
Collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Attract, onboard, coach, develop, acquire, and retain branch team members.
Use PNC’s branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
Grow branch revenue by acquiring consumer and business households, increasing share of wallet, and collaborating with ecosystem partners.
Drive business banking results through business development and community involvement.
Coach consultative selling and technology-enabled customer interactions to improve customer financial well-being.
Use an understanding of balance sheets and income statements in managing the branch.
Lead problem resolution and coach employees to deliver a differentiated customer experience.
Ensure employees meet performance and activity expectations through ongoing performance management.
Model PNC values and cultivate an inclusive workplace.
Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risks, and use sound judgment to mitigate sales-practice risk.
