About The Position

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing rental and return processes. This role requires a self-directed, organized individual with strong communication and customer service skills. The manager will also be involved in troubleshooting equipment issues, mentoring employees, and maintaining a safe working environment. The position involves interacting with customers, preparing documents, answering phones, and staying current on industry changes. A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required, as is the ability to travel for training.

2 years minimum experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment.
Proven experience of customer service and customer relations.
Use of hands/fingers, or feet during normal job requirements.
Stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl while working on equipment.
Lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. (and occasionally up to 100 lbs. with assistance.)
Hook up a trailer to a service vehicle and be comfortable driving with equipment attached.
Ability to climb various equipment and ladders, lift and carry equipment, tools and components weighing up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual is a plus, but not required.
Military experience and training with honorable discharge a plus.

Responsibilities

Check in rental units and determine readiness for subsequent rentals.
Prepare and complete all rental and return documents accurately.
Answer phones, assist customers, and resolve customer service issues.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Remain current on product and industry changes through reading and training.

Mentor other employees in operations and growth.
