Branch Manager
About The Position
Advancial is hiring a Branch Manager in Anchorage to lead a team of five and oversee branch operations, lending, and member services. The manager will foster collaboration, growth, and accountability while helping shape the branch’s success and reputation in the community. The role emphasizes exceptional member experiences, achieving branch goals, sound judgment, compliance, and Advancial’s values of integrity, care, and innovation. The manager will also build community connections through events, partnerships, and SEG relationships; manage staffing, performance, and resources; and maintain branch facilities, security, and vendor partnerships. The position offers a salary range of $76,000–$108,000 based on experience. A sign-on bonus is offered, and a relocation bonus is available to qualified candidates. The stated education preference is a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a degree is not required. One to two years of experience in financial services, sales, or leadership is a plus, though the posting also values drive, teamwork, and a passion for helping members.
