As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day branch operations, along with building and developing staff accountability for improving customer service and branch success.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2+ years of management experience required
- Customer service experience required
- Proficiency with larger server based application and Microsoft office products required
- Successfully pass a credit check required
Nice To Haves
- Mortgage experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Establish and communicate branch goals and objectives in addition to implementing strategies to achieve goals assigned to the region as established by the Bank’s overall strategic plan
- Communicates organizational priorities, establishes goals, monitors progress, and provides consistent coaching and timely feedback
- Develop branch level strategies to improve customer commitment and foster an environment that promotes enhancing customer relationships
- Maintain and expand existing consumer and business banking relationships
- Participates in civic and community affairs, functions, and organizations promoting community involvement for the bank
