About The Position

Pacific Supply is seeking a Branch Manager with experience in management and sales in the building products industry to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. This role involves taking full ownership of the branch's profit and loss, leading all branch operations, supervising and developing team members, identifying opportunities for improvement, fostering customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct financial responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop employee potential.
• Solid understanding of financial reporting and income statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
• Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the branch's profit and loss performance.
