Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience
• Background in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Proven ability to manage daily branch operations
• Experience supporting customers with purchases and order fulfillment
• Comfortable handling cash and credit transactions
• Proficiency with basic computer tools, including Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Flooring industry experience strongly preferred
