About The Position

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) to lead a multi-million dollar business. This role offers an entrepreneurial, empowering workplace where you will take full responsibility for a high-performing branch, build and lead a success-driven team, and grow your career into multi-unit or sales leadership. You will lead all aspects of branch operations including sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics. You will also drive financial performance and operational excellence, manage P&L and reporting functions, and coach and develop your team for success.

Requirements

• Business Management degree + 1 year rental industry experience OR 3–4 years rental industry experience
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Strong leadership and communication
• Understanding of P&L and financial controls
• Sales experience with negotiation and influencing skills
• Knowledge of construction or industrial markets a plus
• High accountability and time management
