Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily branch operations, including staff scheduling, workflow, and daily activities to ensure efficiency and service quality.
  • Provide coaching, evaluations, and training for staff, fostering a positive work culture in coordination with HR.
  • Recommend credit union services, lead by example in meeting sales and productivity targets, and support marketing initiatives.
  • Embrace and model Plus One service standards, handle escalated member complaints, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of branch reports, computer entries, audits, and adherence to credit union policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe branch environment, oversee cash operations, lead robbery prevention training, and act as a back-up Security Officer.
  • Serve on the ATM Response Team and transport cash within bonding limits; respond to ATM issues including after-hours.
  • Recommend and implement changes to enhance office efficiency and service delivery.
  • Monitor income and expenses against budget; suggest strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.
  • Provide backup leadership to other branches and assist in special projects or extended scheduling needs as directed by senior management.
