The company is growing and is looking to add a Branch Manager to its team of experts. The Branch Manager is responsible for the success of the branch in the areas of safety, profitability, and general operations.

Requirements

  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude!
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Minimum 3 years in a leadership role
  • Must be self-motivated, ambitious and a good communicator
  • Must possess effective leadership, organization, and management skills

Nice To Haves

  • ISA Certified Arborist preferred
  • 3 years industry experience preferred
  • Knowledge of tree care, hazard, tree evaluation, regional plant and horticulture, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices preferred

Responsibilities

  • Directing, coordinating, and overseeing activities of branch personnel and equipment productivity
  • Creating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans for all branch operations
  • Communicating production goals and conduct performance reviews with field team members
  • Executing, evaluating, and updating budgets, marketing, staffing, and equipment plans
  • Collaborating with project coordinator to schedule work and review completed work
  • Ensuring crews are completing all assigned work properly and have been informed of any new changes
  • Working with leadership team to implement career and training path, including skills tests, along with incentive programs for field team members
  • Ensuring weekly safety meetings are held and sign in sheet is sent to Safety Director
  • Providing same day estimates to customers
  • Ensuring vehicles and equipment are maintained with a clean appearance and ensuring all required paperwork in vehicles is up to date and any outages are reported
  • Making prospect calls, following up with referrals and cross-selling to gain quality leads
  • Reporting directly to the President and the Leadership Team
