The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve individual and branch sales goals, including new business development, referrals, and account retention. For select branches, they will generate mortgage loan volume to support branch sales goals and overall business growth. This role involves collaborating with team members to identify customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, building relationships with customers and the local community, and conducting outreach activities to drive branch growth and visibility. The Branch Manager will also lead, mentor, and coach branch employees, conduct regular team meetings, provide ongoing training, manage staffing needs, and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service. Operational oversight includes ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, collaborating with the Operations Manager for operational excellence, and conducting regular audits. Compliance and risk management are key, ensuring adherence to federal and state banking regulations and monitoring operational risks.
