About The Position

The Branch Manager will direct and supervise the staff and day-to-day operations at our Spring Mills Branch ensuring staff development, community engagement, risk management, delivery of quality customer service and achievement of sales and productivity goals.

Requirements

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development, and public relations or related industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead branch growth through proactive business development, prospecting, and community outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to expand deposits, loans, and other financial services.
  • Actively represent the organization in the community by participating in local events, networking groups, and community organizations to enhance brand visibility and trust.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on banking products, services, and solutions to meet customer and community needs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive offerings to inform branch strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies while managing branch operations.
  • Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems, troubleshoot challenging issues and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
  • Responsible for overall branch profitability and achievement of annual financial and operational goals.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics, financial reports, and sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings for open lines of communication and to ensure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated with branch staff while providing guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives.
  • Identify training needs and opportunities; develops and implements a plan for meeting those needs.
  • Participate in community activities to promote the organization and broaden community outreach.
