About The Position

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading the sales team, making strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities, and collaborating closely with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability. The Branch Manager will also maintain strong vendor relationships, foster a positive work environment, develop future leaders, and champion a safety-oriented culture within the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or one to two years’ related experience and/or training
Prior leadership in industry
Must have a valid driver’s license
Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team
Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
