About The Position

Pacific Supply is seeking Branch Manager Candidates with experience in management and sales in the building products industry to join their team. Branch Manager Candidates for this position will have strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. The role involves taking full ownership of the branch's profit and loss performance, leading and coordinating all branch operations (sales, yard/warehouse, and administrative functions), supervising and developing team members, identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and customer service improvements, fostering strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct financial responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop employee potential.
Solid understanding of financial reporting and income statements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.

Nice To Haves

Experience in sales in the building products industry.
