The Branch Manager is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve individual and branch sales goals, including new business development, referrals, and account retention. For select branches, this role will generate mortgage loan volume to support branch sales goals and overall business growth. The Branch Manager will collaborate with team members to identify customer needs and recommend tailored financial solutions, build relationships with customers and the local community to promote the bank’s products and services, and conduct outreach activities to drive branch growth and visibility. This role also involves leading, mentoring, and coaching branch employees, conducting regular team meetings, providing ongoing training and development, and managing staffing needs. Additionally, the Branch Manager oversees day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and managing operational risks. The position requires ensuring branch compliance with federal and state banking regulations and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
