About The Position
Westland Insurance Group Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager to join the team at our Sunnycrest Mall office in Gibsons, BC. This role is for a career-minded individual who is focused on expanding their management experience in a rapidly growing organization. As a Branch Manager, you're a collaborative sales leader with a genuine passion for the client experience and your team members. You're responsible for all our daily office operations. Inspire, guide, and support your team to achieve the goals of our clients, company, and team members, while leveraging your insurance expertise.
Requirements
- Collaborative sales leader.
- Genuine passion for the client experience and team members.
- High level of diplomacy, balancing great judgment with empathy for a variety of stakeholders.
- Insurance broker Level 2 license.
- 2 years of leadership experience.

- Working towards CAIB and/or CIP.
