Requirements

Associate degree or 7–10 years of related experience.
Leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and manage branch operations.
Strong customer service, communication, and decision‑making abilities.
Organized, adaptable, detail‑oriented, and supportive of company initiatives.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet applications, and Campana.
Ability to interpret business information and apply basic math concepts.

Drive branch profitability through innovative sales strategies and consistent goal tracking.
Manage staffing, inventory, cash balancing, reporting, and facility maintenance.
Maintain required clearance for title/PennDOT work as well as Federal and State fingerprinting.
