As Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the Saukville branch while leading a team dedicated to delivering exceptional member service. You'll drive branch performance through employee coaching, operational excellence, consumer lending, credit quality, and business development while fostering an engaging, results-driven culture.

Requirements

4+ years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience in banking, retail, customer service, hospitality, healthcare, operations, or another people-focused environment.
Demonstrated success coaching, developing, and motivating high-performing teams.
Experience leading branch or business operations and achieving sales, service, lending, or operational goals.
Strong communication, relationship-building, coaching, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proven ability to analyze performance metrics, prioritize initiatives, and drive results.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, member-focused environment.
A collaborative leader who leads by example and is passionate about helping employees and members succeed.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of consumer lending, credit management, or financial services preferred.
