About The Position
Wintrust is seeking a Branch Manager to join their team. This role involves managing daily branch operations, actively developing customer relationships, and working with other lines of business to maximize the growth and profitability of the banking center. The Branch Manager will oversee staff, manage sales performance, resolve customer issues, and represent the bank in the local community. Requirements
- High School diploma or GED required
- Previous retail banking and managerial experience
- Previous business development experience
- Experience working with small business customers

Responsibilities
- Managing daily branch operations
- Actively developing existing and new customer relationships
- Working with other lines of business to maximize growth and profitability of the banking center
- Overseeing branch operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and facility management
- Managing the sales performance of the banking center staff by conducting coaching sessions, overseeing staff development, and addressing employee performance issues
- Resolving escalated customer matters
- Performing Personal Banker duties as necessary
- Establishing and enhancing the bank's presence in the local community by participating in networking events and initiating outbound calling efforts to drive branch sales
