About The Position
Blossman Gas & Appliance, Inc. is seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager for its established retail location in the Crystal Springs, MS area. This is an opportunity to expand management experience with a reputable, growth-oriented company that values teamwork and employee development. Blossman Gas is America's largest independent propane company with over 85 retail locations and 1200 employees. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 10-12 delivery, technician/installers, and office support professionals in an established market with opportunities for expansion. The role requires a commitment to good values, customer service, and promoting a healthy team environment.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of prior management experience from a propane retailer or service/installation business is preferred.
- Understanding of dispatched delivery scheduling and service installations is preferred.
- Prior DOT compliance experience is helpful.
- Strong mechanical aptitude is helpful.
