About The Position

The branch manager is a key leadership position responsible for overall branch performance. This role is responsible for meeting and exceeding budgeted revenue growth, managing P&L budgets, monitoring and maintaining labor efficiency, fostering client relationships, maintaining a strong safety culture. A branch manager will help us fulfill our core purpose of “Deliver Extraordinary Experiences” and will demonstrate our core values: employee centered, customer focused, and champions for the communities we serve.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in the commercial landscape industry, including 5+ years in landscape management or green industry operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; industry certifications (e.g., CLP, ISA Arborist) a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record to meet fleet insurance standards.
  • Strong computer proficiency with the ability to adapt to new technology; previous CRM experience preferred (Aspire experience a plus).
  • Team-oriented with proven experience managing others; skilled at building a cooperative, positive team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to develop and maintain professional relationships in a business-to-business (B2B) setting.
  • Creative problem solver with the capacity to innovate and improve operational processes.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented professional comfortable working with minimal direction.

  • Lead, manage and hold accountable your operations managers to lead efficient and effective production teams built upon a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Exhibit a high degree of personal discipline and professionalism. Actively mentor your team to emulate similar behaviors and hold all accountable to this expectation.
  • Assist with strategy, budgeting, and other company initiatives as the opportunity presents. Operate effectively in leadership as part of a dynamic, high growth company.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.
