About The Position

The Landscape Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including financial and operational success, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a commitment to building and maintaining a high-performing team. The Branch Manager will own the branch's P&L, drive strategies to meet revenue and profitability targets, and ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own full branch P&L performance
Lead strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, gross margin, & EBITDA targets
Participate in the annual budgeting & monthly financial close processes
Participate in equipment planning and purchasing decisions
Participate in production scheduling and operational planning
Oversee material ordering and operational priorities
Identify service quality deficiencies and ensure corrective action
Lead enhancement, maintenance, & snow sales
Lead contract renewal efforts
Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery standards
Participate in recruitment, hiring, & onboarding of team members
Build, develop, and retain high-performing employees
Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability
Create growth opportunities for team members
