We're known for keeping operations moving efficiently and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team! The Role We are seeking a Branch Manager to lead our Houston, Texas operation. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of branch performance, including sales, rentals, service, safety, and team development. The ideal candidate has a background in the rental equipment industry, strong sales leadership experience, and a proven ability to manage day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in equipment rentals, pump solutions, or construction equipment industry.
- 3+ years of experience in branch or operations management.
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business operations systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in outdoor/industrial environments.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations, including sales, rentals, dispatch, service, and safety.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Manage branch budgets, P&L, and cost control measures.
- Ensure timely and accurate logistics of equipment delivery, service, and returns.
- Maintain company assets including fleet, inventory, and facilities.
- Implement strategies to grow market share in the region.
- Enforce all safety protocols and ensure compliance with company standards.
