Requirements

  • Minimum of five years industry experience with product knowledge.
  • Minimum of two years management experience.
  • Strong customer service skills and inter-personal communication skills.
  • Strong mathematics, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate information and present solutions to a customer.
  • The ability to operate computers and relevant computer software.
  • Ability to prioritize needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive branch performance with emphasis on sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Direct the activities of counter, inside sales, and warehouse associates.
  • Analyze customer needs to ensure that branch products and services meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain account base by driving optimal customer service.
  • Provide overall leadership to drive Company values and culture.
  • Operate the branch within forecast to meet and exceed profitability goals.
  • Encourage the use of digital tools across customer base.
  • Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day.
