About The Position

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager in Albuquerque, NM. This role involves coordinating and directing branch activities to meet or exceed sales and margin targets, ensuring timely and accurate branch reporting, and overseeing daily employee activities in alignment with Linde’s Leadership values. The Branch Manager will foster a productive, collaborative, and safety-focused work environment, guide staff in meeting safety standards, and deliver exceptional, customer-centered service. Responsibilities include providing proactive and ongoing training and development, managing staff scheduling and operational workflows for maximum efficiency, and monitoring inventory levels to meet customer needs and support sales objectives.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of retail sales experience.
2+ years of management experience.
A clean driving history, with no DUI, DWI, or alcohol-related driving convictions within the past ten (10) years.
Able to lift 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

An Associate’s Degree in a related field is strongly preferred.
