All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a dynamic and strategic Branch Manager to lead and transform the success of their branch. This role is responsible for driving exceptional performance by strategically managing sales, fees, and profitability to consistently surpass financial targets. The Branch Manager will build and maintain relationships with key clients and business leaders in the community, as well as local, regional, and Corporate management, while maintaining a strong focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. As business conditions change, the Branch Manager assesses the impact and responds accordingly to ensure maximum profitability and expense management. This role is also responsible for selecting, training, and developing branch staff, monitoring performance to achieve business results by leading the branch staff in business development, service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention. The Branch Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of recruitment and selection processes and for overseeing Human Resources functions including interviewing, hiring, employee orientation, performance evaluation, payroll processing, and employee relations.
