Requirements

  • 3–5+ years in banking or financial services, including leadership experience
  • A track record of driving sales and growing a branch or team
  • Strong ability to coach, motivate, and develop employees
  • Operational knowledge of branch performance, compliance, and risk management
  • A leadership style that balances results with people development

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, lending, and membership growth through strong leadership and accountability
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team that delivers results
  • Set the standard for service excellence and relationship-building
  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant branch operations
  • Build local relationships and represent the credit union in the market
