Requirements

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Motivated with a desire to learn
Previous management or supervisory experience is a plus

Lawn or landscape care experience (not required, paid training provided)

Responsibilities

Maximize your branch's production in the field
Increase sales
Develop your employees
Meet with branch employees on a weekly basis as a group to review technical information, sales strategies, and service methods
Spend time with specialists individually, training and guiding them to excellence
Interview and hire new specialists to keep your branch fully staffed
Guide and direct administrative assistants, ensuring they can offer customers the highest level of service and education
Help specialists maintain efficient routes
Use data to strategize and make the most efficient use of specialists' time
Keep the branch's services on schedule
Contact customers to resolve concerns and ensure their satisfaction
Audit the work of your specialists
Perform services for customers yourself
Regularly assess the needs of your branch, taking initiative to make the best choice for your employees and your customers
