The Branch Manager is responsible for the branch's success. Branch staff report directly to the Branch Manager and it is the Branch Manager's responsibility to ensure all staff are well-trained and knowledgeable about our products, procedures, and customer service policies. It is the Branch Manager's responsibility to motivate, coach and inspire staff to achieve new levels of success and be customer-centric in their attitude and actions. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring warehouse, customer service, and sales departments are in compliance with all company policies, directives, and procedures. The Branch Manager's goal is to consistently grow sales and profit by following all operational procedures, seeking new clientele, and growing existing accounts.
