About The Position
Verstela is seeking an entrepreneurial Branch Manager to lead the launch of their newest branch in Tucson, AZ. This role involves building a high-performing team, developing strong relationships with local businesses, and creating new employment opportunities. The Branch Manager will leverage leadership and strategic skills to meet and exceed branch goals, providing guidance, direction, and planning support to their team. Effective communication and delegation are essential. While recruiting experience is not required, extensive leadership experience in a sales-driven environment is necessary.

- Extensive experience in leadership role in a sales-driven environment
- A strategic mindset and ability to focus on the bigger picture
- Exemplary decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Strong level of communication and effective delegation skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in recruiting is not required, but extensive leadership experience is.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for clients
- Conduct performance reviews, training, and coaching for team members
- Conduct client quality control visits and solve operational challenges
- Plan and delegate order fulfillment and recruiting
- Hold quarterly business reviews and manage strategic client interactions
- Create and execute sales strategies, hold sales meetings, and conduct pipeline sales calls
- Make outbound calls to set meetings with prospective clients
