About The Position

Our client is a leading provider of liquid storage, dewatering, and environmental rental solutions, supporting customers across the energy, industrial, petrochemical, and construction sectors. They are now seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead the performance, profitability, and continued growth of one of their operational branches. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused leader with experience managing teams, customer relationships, and full branch operations.

Requirements

At least 5 years’ experience in business, branch, or operational management.
A proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and delivering against performance targets.
Strong experience hiring, training, motivating, and developing employees.
A degree or equivalent operational leadership experience within construction, industrial services, or a related sector.
A sound understanding of business planning and accounting principles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A full, valid driving licence.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of DOT, OSHA, and wider safety regulations, which would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Leading day-to-day branch operations to achieve safety, performance, and profitability targets.
Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and develop existing customer relationships.
Managing the branch P&L and contributing to business planning.
Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing team.
Monitoring key performance indicators, including revenue, safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Working closely with HR, Finance, Safety, and Compliance teams.
Ensuring compliance with relevant DOT, OSHA, and workplace safety requirements.
Building a service-led culture focused on operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
