Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- A desire to present life changing, money saving opportunities to our members / potential members.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a willingness to support your team.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Must successfully complete and pass the eligibility requirements for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry. (Safe Act)
Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and selecting products and services.
- Maintain a highly motivated, well-trained staff and maintain effective employee relations.
- Resolve employee and member problems.
- Act as principal loan officer for the branch.
- Manage the security and safety of the branch.
