About The Position

Franklin Savings Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead their Farmington branch, with oversight of the Rangeley branch. This role is designed to be autonomous, allowing the Branch Manager to lead effectively within their communities. The Branch Manager will serve as a leader in the Farmington & Rangeley markets, fostering relationships with customers and the community. They will communicate openly and effectively with customers and employees, ensuring a positive and professional environment. The role involves driving strong deposit and loan growth by leveraging financial expertise and community connections, and upholding Franklin Savings Bank’s core values as a positive ambassador for the bank. A key responsibility is managing branch staff, which includes motivating, inspiring, coaching, and training team members. While lending experience is not a strict requirement, it is considered a valuable asset, and candidates with a background in both lending and supervision will be well-suited.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience in sales, retail banking, and/or operations
• 5+ Year of experience managing a team, with a focus on a Caring & Compassionate Leadership approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Products.
• Effective communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Lending experience
• Background in both lending and supervision
• Banking software a plus.
