The Branch Manager is responsible for managing all operations within the branch in a profitable, safe, professional manner. Managers will also be responsible for driving to job and customer sites to meet with potential buyers and customers. Sales and Rental: The Branch Manager supervises and coaches the Sales Representatives assigned to the branch and geographic territories. Sales Representative must grow territory to achieve annual sales revenue and market share targets by understanding customer needs, identifying sales opportunities, and developing customized equipment and financial solutions. Service and Parts: Branch Manager works closely with Service and Parts Managers to coordinate Anderson’s response to customer needs and equipment issues. Financial Results: Branch Manager is ultimately responsible for revenue and gross margin growth, and profitable operations. Anderson Corporate functions (HR, Sales Support, Credit) will support Branch Manager to facilitate achievement of results.
