About The Position

Community First Bank in Richland Center, WI, is looking for a Branch Manager who is ready to lead from the front. This isn't a position where you simply manage the day-to-day operations of a branch. Our Branch Managers are actively involved with their employees, customers and communities. As a Branch Manager, you'll lead and develop your retail team while building relationships with customers and helping grow CFB's presence in the community. You'll work alongside your team, get to know customers and their financial needs, and look for opportunities to make connections that matter.
