About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager with strong leadership capabilities and a passion for operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven ability to manage teams, drive profitability, and build lasting customer relationships. This role involves taking full ownership of the branch's profit and loss performance, leading and coordinating all branch operations including sales, yard/warehouse activities, and administrative functions. The Branch Manager will supervise and develop team members to achieve individual and branch goals, identify and act on opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer service, foster strong relationships with customers, and ensure the branch delivers high-quality service and support. Compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of management experience with direct financial responsibility.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams and develop employee potential.
Solid understanding of financial reporting and income statements.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
