The Branch Manager provides leadership to the branch by directing and managing all the daily functions of running a profitable store, including sales, budgets, inventory control, personnel, expenses, branch administration, and new business development. This position is accountable for the Profit & Loss for its location and contributes to the overall profits of the company.
