About The Position

Service Partners is hiring a Branch Manager to safely lead and manage an assigned branch, including supervision of all employees. The role focuses on customer service and retention, operational excellence, safety and regulatory compliance, warehouse inventory and deliveries, employee development, continuous improvement, budgeting and P&L, and supporting sales performance and customer relationships. This is a safety-sensitive position. Local travel of less than 25% is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
A valid driver's license is required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
Prior experience in a supervisory or management position.
Knowledge of the construction or distribution industry.
Proficient computer skills.
Experience with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including prolonged standing and repetitive bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling; good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength; and lifting up to 50 pounds depending on job duties.
