Community Green Landscape Group is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, irrigation, and snow operations. Requirements
- 7+ years of landscape, snow, construction, or related operations experience
- 3+ years of leadership or management experience
- Experience managing crews, schedules, budgets, and client relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Must meet Community Green Landscape Group's vehicle insurance standards and remain insurable under the company's fleet insurance policy
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial landscape maintenance, enhancement, irrigation, and snow operations
- Manage branch profitability, budgets, and operational performance
- Recruit, coach, and develop field and management teams
- Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and safety performance
- Oversee fleet, equipment, and subcontractor management
- Drive accountability and continuous improvement throughout the branch
- Partner with executive leadership to achieve growth goals
