About The Position

Point Spring & Driveshaft Co. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensure smooth shop operations, and guarantee customer satisfaction. Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch, operations, or store management.
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
Proficiency in inventory control, profit/loss statement analysis, and safety compliance.
Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
Competence in business software and systems, including inventory management, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to operate in a warehouse or shop environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the heavy-duty truck industry.
Occasional travel to other branches, customer sites, or training events.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, service issues, and branch decisions.
Generate service orders and ensure complete customer satisfaction from initial contact to final resolution.
Collaborate effectively with mechanics, sales staff, and delivery drivers to maintain efficient operations.
Oversee branch operations including inventory management, staffing, scheduling, and daily activities.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team committed to high-quality work and exceptional service delivery.
