Branch Manager Bi-Lingual (English & Spanish)
About The Position
Lend Nation is currently seeking an energetic, positive, customer service driven individual to join our team as a Bi-Lingual Retail Sales Branch Manager (English & Spanish). This position will work at Branch 0772 located at 2311 Overland Ave Burley, ID 83318. This retail sales position will be responsible for conducting customer transactions while ensuring exceptional customer service is provided at all times, supervising, coaching and training branch employees, managing and controlling cash flow, auditing, balancing, and banking efforts, maintaining branch safety and security standards, documenting, resolving, or referring customer and associate comments and complaints to obtain proper resolution, monitoring and reporting branch financial performance and meeting all branches’ operating, profitability goals and objectives, leading collection efforts on past due loans, and ensuring loans are in compliance with company and federal, state, and local laws.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
- Ability to train, coach, and develop employees
- Experience in customer service/banking/cash handling/collections preferred
- Excellent time management skills
- Safe, secure, reliable transportation and have a valid Driver License
- Predictable and reliable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have proof of eligibility to legally work in the United States
