About The Position

We invite you to apply to our Branch Manager opening. As a Branch Manager, you will be a strong leader who enjoys a hands-on environment leading the team from the front. Your high level of business acumen and professionalism will also be required from time to time, as well as the discipline to work autonomously.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience.
Valid driver's license.
Exceptional communication skills.
Ability to collaborate.

Responsibilities

Lead the team from the front in a hands-on environment.
Exceed branch performance metrics.
Maintain scheduled days and hours, including onsite presence at the assigned location.
Lift up to 50 pounds frequently throughout the day.
Sit and stand for extended periods.
Perform kneeling, squatting, climbing, and walking.
Operate office equipment common to office settings, including computers, copiers, and other office equipment.
Communicate effectively through speaking, with speech clarity and recognition.
Communicate effectively through writing, reading comprehension, and written expression.
