About The Position
Kohler Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to lead its Saukville branch. The manager develops employees, builds lasting member relationships, and helps the branch achieve its business objectives. The position includes strengthening lending practices, improving operational results, maintaining compliance, and supporting a positive team culture and meaningful community involvement.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of leadership or supervisory experience in banking, retail, hospitality, healthcare, customer service, operations, or a related industry.
- A track record of coaching employees, building strong teams, and supporting professional development.
- Ability to set expectations, manage performance, and achieve business goals.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on leadership style focused on employee success, operational effectiveness, and customer relationships.
- Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

- Background in financial services or consumer lending.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to employees and help them prepare for future opportunities.

- Manage branch operations by maintaining efficient processes, upholding compliance standards, and ensuring daily activities run smoothly.
- Guide consumer lending conversations and decisions while balancing member needs with responsible risk management.
- Use branch data and performance trends to identify challenges, implement solutions, and celebrate progress.
- Build local partnerships and represent Kohler Credit Union through community involvement.
- Encourage collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
