About The Position

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of a profit center, including operations and administration. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading the sales team, as well as collaborating cross-functionally with other departments. The Branch Manager will make strategic decisions based on trend analysis to identify profitable business opportunities, work closely with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability, and maintain strong vendor relationships by leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services. Additionally, the position requires fostering a positive work environment, developing future leaders, and championing a safety-oriented culture within the organization, ensuring all employees comprehend and strictly follow safety protocols and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.); or one to two years’ related experience and/or training
  • Prior leadership in industry
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team
  • Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively

  • Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
